Return / Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Made-to-order custom products are eligible for refunds within 7 days from purchase; otherwise, custom products are held to a 3-month “turnaround time” (from date of purchase, to manufacturing, and then shipped to the customer).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not reimburse the cost of return shipping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are health, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We do not accept returns on any order containing custom-made products.

Although we take every precaution during shipping, the nature of our candles makes it impossible to guarantee no melting or deformation occurs during shipping. Please note that exchanges or refunds on damaged candles must be on a case-by-case basis due to these limitations.

Please contact us first before shipping anything back. Please take pictures of your package and items if they were damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
